The client's main goal for this project was to provide the customer with an interactive sales environment where they could not only purchase final products, but could also purchase materials to prepare their own dog food and treats. Studio 50 Design created a visual connection between the retail space and the kitchen that allowed the customers to converse with the chef, and observe how the food was prepared, baked and packaged.

1,250,000 SF Campus Complex with a cluster of 6 buildings which include 3 office buildings, commons buildings with a courtyard, laboratory, warehouse/central plant building and parking garage.
Studio 50 Design participated in the design team as a consultant, working with RTKL Associates, Inc. to produce construction documentation for the Warehouse/Central Plant Building and the design development documentation for the Laboratory Building. The construction documentation for this project was produced using Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Studio 50 Design was retained as the Project Architect to work with Factor's Row LLC and various consultants to produce permit documents for a restaurant facility within a historic district in Annapolis, MD. We worked closely with the restaurant owner and building owner to achieve a design that emphasizes the existing building's history and structure while working with the local jurisdiction. Compromises for various code compliance issues for an existing historic building were discussed and resolved with the local jurisdiction.
Chiller replacement and new chiller plant construction. The design included temporary construction and equipment for a seamless transition.
Studio 50 Design participated as the Project Architect, working with Liberty Engineering and Turner Construction Company to produce construction documentation using Building Information Modeling (BIM) for a campus chiller plant facility for the US Army in Fort Detrick, MD.

Exterior Entry Renovation Project. Studio 50 Design, in collaboration with Bauley Designs, created architectural elements to enhance an existing building's exterior entry identification. MCAA was looking for simple architectural elements to articulate the association's identity.
