Ms. Kris Wilson worked with the design team to produce construction documentation for a $30M dollar, 340 unit student housing building adjacent to the historic South Campus area of the University of Maryland.  The project included four adjacent buildings with fully furnished two or four bedroom apartment suites with separate bedrooms for each student with kitchen and living/dining area.  This project housed 1276 students.  Ms. Wilson's responsibilities included consultant coordination, client meetings, and code research.  The team worked with Capstone Development Corporation through partial construction administration.

Ms. Kris Wilson worked with the design team to produce construction documentation for a multi-phased $30M dollar historic renovation of dormitory Wings 1 & 2.   Her responsibilities included extensive survey and documentation of existing conditions, and consultant coordination.  She managed the construction/administration team during construction by Whiting-Turner Contracting Company through project completion.  The project was completed 1.4% within original bid.
